I like to write. I really like to eat and drink. Combining the two happened somewhat accidentally, but now it’s become my profession, my passion, my life. I’ll eat anything and go anywhere in pursuit of the real deal, and my focus remains locked on the people behind what’s on the plate or in the glass.
